A Closer look at Journey

We looked at multiple boats when we were first thinking about pursuing our dream of traveling by boat. Throughout our research and looking we settled on an Endeavour Trawler Catamaran.  The search began to narrow down and look at these specifically for sale in our budget range.  WE found our Journey in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Journey is an 2004 Endeavour Trawler Catamaran.  She is 44 feet in length and 18.5 feet beam.  She has lots of forward deck space that is great for laying out.  This space is a favorite of ours and we spend a considerable amount of time here enjoying happy hour, soaking up the sun, and watching sunsets.  Similarly we spend time in the shaded cockpit area, it is a great place to hangout and enjoy meals.  She has 3 staterooms, 2 heads, and a down galley that is open to the salon.  She is powered by 2 Yanmar 240HP turbocharged engines, which allow her to cruise comfortably at 8 knots while burning only 3 gallons an hour.  ​
